Site Requirements for GS LOVE

GS LOVE stores are generally located in Power Centers ranging from 300,000 to over 1 million square feet in size. We will consider locations in smaller community centers, but the premises must have adequate co-tenants within the center or adjacent thereto. These tenants generally consist of major Anchors such as Target, Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Marshalls, Ross, DSW, etc.

At this time, all GS LOVE stores are located in and expanding throughout Southern California, but we are currently seeking locations throughout central California as well. We are open to locations in any of these regions.

We are currently seeking stores ranging in size from 7,000 sf – 10,000 sf.

If you are currently leasing space that fits these requirements, please forward any current brochure to Amy Pressey along with the following information:

  • Store size (include individual space plan with dimensions if possible)
  • Store Address
  • Store pictures (with a focus on store frontage/windows)
  • Asking Rent
  • NNN (along with a breakdown of specific items that CAM covers if possible)
  • Landlord Name
  • Delivery Condition of Space or Exhibit C
  • Is space occupied?
  • Date of Availability
  • Are there any restrictions for GS LOVE to offer Plus Sizes within the shopping center?
